Terms of Service
Effective date: June 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AI Audience Studio, a creator workflow tool for planning, reviewing, and preparing short-form product video drafts.
Use of the Service
The service is intended for creators and authorized reviewers who manage their own content workflows. Users are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, captions, links, disclosures, and final content decisions.
Connected Accounts
Users may connect third-party accounts through authorized login or token flows. By connecting an account, the user authorizes the service to perform the actions available in the configured workflow, such as preparing uploads, drafts, or review steps. Users may revoke connected access through the third-party platform or by requesting token deletion from the project owner.
Human Review and Publishing
Generated scripts, captions, media, and draft records must be reviewed before use. The service does not guarantee that any generated content is accurate, compliant, or suitable for publication. The creator is responsible for reviewing and approving content before upload or publishing.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use the service to create misleading, infringing, unsafe, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Do not upload content or data that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, platform policies, rate limits, or account permissions.
- Do not use the service to spam, impersonate others, or misrepresent product claims.
Third-Party Platforms
Users must comply with the rules, terms, developer policies, commerce policies, and community guidelines of any third-party platform connected to the workflow. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, review requirements, upload rules, or account permissions at any time.
Availability
The service may be provided as a private demo, local deployment, hosted dashboard, or tunnel-based review environment. Availability is not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner disclaims implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or connected third-party platforms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of the service after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
